CARROTS Carrots are contain a large amount of Vitamin A which helps protect your vision and helps repair your scalp! You can even make a carrot hair mask by mashing up 1/2 cup of carrots and 3 tablespoons of honey! YOGURT Yogurt contains an abundant amount of Calcium and Phosphorus which whiten and strength your teeth.
